Your completed project is delivered directly to our business partner, the United States Post Office. (top) Merge LettersWe laser print a personalized letter to everyone on your mailing list. A signature can also be laser printed to the letter, or we can print the signature in an ink color of your choice to give the appearance of having been signed individually. We are able to alter the information on your letter so it specifically addresses the person who receives it. We also offer match insertion, bar coding and CASS Certification. (top) Mailing ListsOur mailing lists will meet your needs. Business mail lists can be organized by type of business, sales volume, assets, location, number of employees, etc. Our residential mail list can be organized by age, gender, income level, education, number/ages of children, occupation, home ownership, home value, type of dwelling, length of residence and more! You choose the demographics of your potential customer and we supply the list. If you prefer, you can provide your own mail list. We are a list broker for dozens of list compilers and will seek out the best list for you at very competitive prices. (top) Mailing List ManagementIf you have your own mailing list, we can maintain it for you. We can create a database for you using your hard copy (paper) list. If you already have your list on a computer, we can add the zip+4 and carrier routes if applicable, to CASS certify your mailing list for lower postage rates. We can add and delete names as you request, and we can even have your mailing list updated regularly to track people or businesses that may have moved without notifying you. If you have more than one mail list, we can combine them and purge the duplicates. We also can merge your list with a purchased list and purge the duplicates. Purging reduces the possibility of someone receiving more than one letter. (top) Addressing and PresortingWe use a high speed addressing system to professionally ink jet address or label your mailing using postal barcodes for faster delivery and for the lowest postage rates. We use certified software to properly presort your mail without unnecessary delays at the post office. We can also provide hand addressing if you want to portray a more personal look. (top) InsertingWe have equipment to mechanically insert your mailing pieces into an envelope, or if the mailing is not machinable, we have a competent staff to quickly prepare your mail. (top) PostageWe always strive to get you the lowest postage rates. We have PAVE certified software to CASS certify your mailing list. These are requirements of the U.S. Post Office to obtain the lowest postage rates. We can often prepare your mailing for less money than you can do it yourself because of our ability to provide low postage rates. The more that can be done for the post office, the lower your postage rate. We perform work the post office would have to do, thus getting a substantial discount. We can apply postage with a preprinted postal permit indicia, a postage meter or postage stamps for that personal look. (top) Business ReplyIf your mailing requires a reply, we can help you to obtain the proper permits and get the correct layout on your reply envelope or postcard.
